About the Build

When the customer commissioned this Shoreline D90 Beach build, the goal was to retain the classic Land Rover aesthetic while upgrading the vehicle with modern creature comforts and reliability. Instead of a modern drivetrain swap, the customer chose to keep the original setup, opting for a fully rebuilt and tuned 300 TDI engine for proven off-road performance. Aesthetically, the build was specified in Black Olive Green and paired with 16-inch deep dish steel wheels painted in cream. To maximize the open-air driving experience, the customer requested a Sand bikini soft top rather than a full-length canvas roof. The result is a fully rebuilt Defender that combines classic ruggedness with a modernized, vintage luxury interior.

Kept true to the original specification with a complete rebuild of the factory 300 TDI engine, ensuring dependable daily performance and classic driving dynamics.

Open-Air Design

Bikini style Sand canvas soft top paired with a galvanized heavy-duty hood stick set and single bar rollover hoop.

Full Luxury Interior

Beautifully handcrafted Barley fluted leather, teak rear load bay, and a custom cubby with a removable Bluetooth speaker.
